Seven days at a spiritually super-charged place, in Osho's home town: legendary Indian musicians live in concert, meditation, chanting and sound therapy sessions, sight-seeing of sacred places, and meditations in the presence of Swami Shrila Prem Paras.
A journey from your Root to your Crown, through three of central India's sacred landscapes. The retreat welcomes everybody interested in meditation, spiritual music and spiritual growth.
Days begin with early morning Shiv Yoga, followed by Osho Active Meditations, mantra chanting and moments of silent sitting. Throughout the retreat we explore the 112 methods of the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, gradually deepening the journey within. Evenings are devoted to celebration through music, movement and shared presence - sound meditation sessions bring deep relaxation.
The winter itinerary, contribution, inclusions and arrival point are confirmed by the organisers on enquiry. The retreat's published approach includes transfers within India and accommodation with full board; flights to and from New Delhi are not included. Smoking, alcohol and drugs are not permitted during the retreat at any time or place.
