Before dedicating his life fully to the Divine, Swami Shrila Prem Paras was a music composer in the Indian film industry. At the height of his musical career, an inner shift led him toward meditation. Music did not stop - it transformed.
He received the name Prem Paras on taking sannyas in Pune in 2003, and has spent the years since sharing meditation, satsang and conscious music in India and internationally.
